The Congregation of the Grace Bible Church was in need of a larger new church building for a parishioner audience of around 500. In the area, septic systems and private wells are required as there are no public facilities for wastewater treatment or city water. In order to meet environmental code set by the county health department and provide adequate treatment, a soil absorption system was chosen.
