Visit us at WEFTEC 2021 in Chicago this October

The Water Environment Federation’s Technical Exhibition and Conference (WEFTEC) takes place in Chicago this October. WEFTEC is the largest conference of its kind in North America and offers quality education and training to water professionals from around the world. WEFTEC also offers the largest exhibition floor in the world for this industry. We’re excited to be part of this exhibition area once again this year!
Infiltrator manufactures a variety of solutions to meet the needs of wastewater treatment system projects. We hope you’ll visit us at booth 4225 while you're at WEFTEC to learn more about the solutions we can bring to your next wastewater treatment system project.
ENVIRO-AIRE Package Treatment Plants:
Advanced treatment systems provide a higher level of effluent water quality, and discharge from these systems can be below grade, similar to conventional septic, or above grade when permitted by the NPDES program. Package wastewater treatment plants are usually manufactured in a facility and shipped to the site where they are quickly installed and commissioned. Package wastewater treatment plants are often custom-built to meet wastewater treatment system specifications.

ECOPOD Advanced Wastewater Treatment Units:
The ECOPOD series fuses a uniquely designed media configuration and aeration pattern to accelerate biological growth and enhance wastewater treatment in the system. The main advantage of these systems is the robust nature of attached growth biology, as they are well suited to surviving the dramatic swings in diurnal flows and loads commonly experienced in decentralized systems.

Septic Tank Effluent Pumping (STEP) Systems:
In a septic tank effluent pumping (STEP) system, a septic tank is installed at each residence and the effluent is then tied to a central force main which can either go to the central WWTP or a shared soil dispersal drainfield area. STEP systems are increasingly popular in new residential construction because they can be installed in phases as the community grows and there is no dispersal on the homeowner's property. Infiltrator's IM-Series septic tanks are popular tank options installed in many STEP systems. When the STEP system pumps to a centralized drainfield our chambers or EZflow can be utilized in this component of the project.
This case study reviews a STEP system that serves 250 residences, 9 businesses, and 2 schools. The system included the installation of 212 Infiltrator IM-1060 septic tanks.
Combined Treatment and Dispersal Systems:
Combined treatment and dispersal systems treat and disperse wastewater in the same footprint. These systems are unique in that they do not require electricity, replacement media, or additional maintenance. Combined treatment and dispersal system solutions from Infiltrator include Advanced Enviro-Septic (AES) and Advanced Treatment Leachfield (ATL).
This case study reviews a system where AES was installed as part of a passive wastewater treatment system for a FEMA Base Camp that generated a daily flow of 100,000 GPD.
We have an extensive library of case studies featuring the products mentioned above. Check one out here.
We look forward to meeting with you at WEFTEC later this month. We'll be at booth 4225 throughout the show.
