Laurie Blodgett
Laurie has managed Advanced Enviro-Septic and Enviro-Septic orders throughout the United States, Canada, and Internationally since 2007. She works diligently to ensure customer's needs are met in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner.

Rachel Condon
Rachel joined Infiltrator in 2005 and is a Senior Specialist on the Customer Service Team. She supports our ATL and EZflow product lines. Rachel has long-standing relationships with all of our customers and has customer service skills like no other.

Brittney joined Infiltrator Water Technologies in 2020. She works with customers across our eastern and southern sales regions where our advanced treatment systems are sold. She's passionate about building relationships and ensuring our customers get the best shipping rates available.

Sharita began as a contractor at the Walker location, writing documentation for the ISO 9001 certification audit. She officially joined Infiltrator as a Customer Account Specialist in April 2023 and works with customers across our northern and western sales regions where our advanced treatment systems are sold.

Monique Bellenoit - Eastern United States and Eastern Canada (MD, DE, FL, NC, VA, ON, QC, PE, NS, NL, and NB)
Monique joined Infiltrator in 2005 and is a Senior Specialist on the Customer Service Team supporting the Eastern Region of the United States and Eastern Canada. Monique has enjoyed working at Infiltrator for 17 years. She thrives on providing excellent service and creating a positive experience for each and every customer. She is enlivened by being part of an exceptional team and building strong relationships.

Nicole Schoolcraft - Nicole is the newest member of the Infiltrator Customer Service Team. She brings customer service and logistics experience to the Southern Region and is driven to support all of our customers.
Susan Lyons - Sue joined Infiltrator in 2022 and brings with her extensive experience in septic systems and customer service. Her attention to detail and passion for our customers has made her a Southern Region support favorite.

Ken Seale - Northern United States (ND, SD, NE, KS, MO, IA, MN, WI, MI, IL, IN, OH, ME, VT, NH, MA, RI, CT, NJ, NY, and PA)
Ken joined the Infiltrator Customer Service Team in 2021. He supports the Northern Region of the United States for the Infiltrator product line. Ken also supports ADS and our Logistics Team. He is a jack of many trades but is passionate about helping customers build orders that run through the order process efficiently and accurately.
