Let's Meet the Team
Alex Prescott, CAD Technician
Alex is the newest member of the Technical Services Team. He joined Infiltrator in the summer of 2022. His primary focus is to support the team by providing both 2D and 3D CAD designs for residential and commercial site plans and products.
Chris Strycharz, P.E., Wastewater Engineer
Chris joined Infiltrator in 2015 and has held various roles within the company such as Project Engineer, Sales Engineer, and most currently Wastewater Engineer. He is a registered PE in the State of Connecticut and holds a B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Connecticut. Chris primarily spends his time working on process design for Infiltrator’s advanced wastewater treatment products, including the ECOPOD and ENVIRO-AIRE product lines.
Edgar Alvis, Latin America Technical Advisor
Edgar works with customers on designs for decentralized wastewater treatment systems and is also in charge of helping our Spanish-speaking clients, making a communication bridge between them and Infiltrator.
Dennis Fogg, Senior Technical Advisor
Dennis has worked as a licensed designer since the mid 1980’s and been employed by Infiltrator for over a decade. With the help of his colleagues, he is responsible for customer support and the education for users of PEI technology.
Jessica Stiner, P.E., Environmental Engineer
Jessica brings ten years of experience to the Technical Services Team, including four years with Infiltrator. Jessica holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Hartford and an M.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering with a focus on Water Treatment, Reclamation, and Reuse from the Colorado School of Mines. She also holds a Professional Engineering license and a Sewage Enforcement Officer certification in Pennsylvania. Jessica primarily spends her time working on process design for Infiltrator’s advanced wastewater treatment products, including the ECOPOD and ENVIRO-AIRE product lines.
Fun fact about Jessica: She has been playing the saxophone for 24 years and continues to play in a community band in Pittsburgh - the East Winds Symphonic Band.
Jon Kaiser, Project Engineer
Jon spends his time at Infiltrator working on decentralized wastewater treatment system designs, product regulation, and research and development initiatives. Jon also serves as the Vice-Chair of the National Onsite Wastewater Recycling Association (NOWRA) Emerging Professionals Committee and serves on the board of directors for the Connecticut Onsite Wastewater Recycling Association (COWRA).
Kaylee Jurecka, Environmental Engineer
Kaylee was born and raised in Texas. After completing college in Texas she moved across the country to start her first job as an Environmental Engineer here at Infiltrator's corporate office in Connecticut. Today she works with engineers and installers to design and draft residential and commercial septic systems and provide technical support.
Kevin Moreau, E.I.T., Environmental Engineer
Kevin joined Infiltrator in 2021 as an Environmental Engineer after graduating with his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Western New England University. Prior to joining Infiltrator Kevin worked with a surveying crew allowing him to gain experience on septic system installation sites. Today he works with engineers and installers to design and draft residential and commercial septic systems and provide technical support.
Kyle Steelman, CAD Technician
Kyle joined Infiltrator in 2021 after graduating from Porter and Chester. Kyle's focus within the Technical Services Department at Infiltrator is Solidworks and CAD designs. He primarily works on drawings for commercial and residential applications of advanced treatment system products.
Fun fact about Kyle: He's played the acoustic guitar since the age of 15.
Stephanie Beadle, P.E., Wastewater Engineer
Stephanie joined Infiltrator’s Technical Services Team in 2022 bringing ten years of environmental remediation and process engineering experience. Stephanie holds a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and an M.S. in Environmental Science and Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. Stephanie is a process design engineer for Infiltrator’s advanced wastewater treatment products, including the ECOPOD and ENVIRO-AIRE product lines.
Dennis F. Hallahan, P.E., Technical Director, leads the team. He has been with Infiltrator for over 20 years and has over 30 years experiencing designing onsite wastewater systems, some in excess of 1 million GPD. Dennis serves the industry on various boards, and presents nationally and has authored papers on industry related topics.
