The Infiltrator and EZflow Customer Service Team is working to improve the customer ordering experience. Over the next few months, we will be launching a program that will automate order entry for standard purchase orders.
For most of our customers, this will be a seamless transition, but will free up time for our team to focus on other customer service activities to improve your Infiltrator experience. We may reach out to some distributor partners to suggest different options to place orders that will result in higher accuracy and quicker results. If you’d like to learn more about these options now, you can reach out to your Customer Account Specialist, and we will customize a process that works for you.
