Infiltrator Water Technologies, LLC and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively “Infiltrator”) own and maintain this online image bank as a complimentary service to its colleagues and customers. The information accessed from this site (“Content”) may be used for Infiltrator related activities only and may not be used to promote any other brands or products. Infiltrator grants permission to the user to view, download and copy files and images from the site for the user's professional use, without any right to resell, redistribute, compile or create derivative reworks of them. More specific restrictions may apply to specific materials within this site where applicable. 

2. Infiltrator reserves its exclusive right, in its sole discretion, to alter, limit or discontinue the site or any materials and Content in any respect, including the right to terminate the permission granted for you to continue to use the Content.

1. Photos in the image bank may be used for Infiltrator product promotions in print or digital formats. No other use is permitted.

Any Content downloaded by you from this site, including, without limitation, material incorporated in or generated by the software, and data accompanying the software, is licensed to you by Infiltrator for your non-exclusive use. Downloading the Content does not transfer title to the Content, or any intellectual property rights therein, to you. You may not redistribute or sell the Content.

Infiltrator owns the copyright or has the permission of the owner for the use of all assets and content in this site, including animations, photographs, images, logos, videos, advertising, guidelines, packaging, ppt, graphics, merchandising, etc. It is illegal to duplicate, download or distribute any Content from this Site except for your use, and you are subject to these Terms & Usage Guidelines. You may not use photos or images of people or identifiable entities in any manner that suggests the endorsement or association of any product or service not sold by Infiltrator or in connection with any pornographic or immoral materials.
4. The use of Infiltrator’s tradename and trademarks by you are limited to the sale and promotion of Infiltrator products and services and may not be altered or used in any other manner. In all instances, you must note that such tradenames and trademarks are owned by Infiltrator.



Privacy Notice

Infiltrator will not share user information with any third party. Certain information about the user, such as Internet protocol (IP) addresses, navigation through the site, software used, time spent and other similar information, may be stored on Infiltrator’s servers in small data pieces known as "cookies," which may also be written to the User's computer system. These cookies will not specifically identify the User. The information will be used internally only for web site traffic analysis. If the User specifically provides unique identifying information, such as name, address and other information on forms stored on this site, such information will only be used for statistical purposes and will not be published for general access.
